I’ve always been fascinated by the sea. The ever-changing swell and movement of the ocean is where I find clues.
In surfing as in life, selecting the right wave and ignoring the distractions is essential to success. Helping others predict the coming swell enhances their own judgement and capabilities.
Years of studying the fluidity of water has taught me to look below the surface to understand what drives future momentum. Predicting the coming swell effectuates trust in my own judgement and capabilities.

When I can help open a client’s eyes to so that they see what’s possible, they develop a new appreciation for social justice, service, and community – and they convey to their successor generations that empathy is not a shortcoming and that the accumulation of wealth in and of itself is not a virtue.
